How to Retrieve Your NDE Application ID

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has directed all RHEI second phase beneficieties to visit the program portal and add their account details. Add the account details is a part of the program requirements, adding account details enables the beneficiaries to benefits from the program.

How to Recover Your NDE Application ID

Beneficieties who you have forgotten or misplaced your National Directorate of Employment (NDE) Application ID can easily recover/retrieve it t using the following steps below:

1. Visit the Official NDE Portal:  Beneficiaries should go to the same NDE registration portal where you applied for the programme.

2. Login in to your  Account: Beneficieties should click on Log in using your registered email and phone number. If you have forgotten your login details, click on the forgot password and follows the instructions promptly to reset your password.

3. Dashboard: After successfully logged in to your dashboard, beneficieties should click on the tap button option at the hand corner. 

4. NDE Projects: Beneficieties should click on “NDE projects” to and scroll down to retrieve your application ID.

5. Application ID: Beneficiaries can copy their application ID or click on download acknowledgement slip. please note your application ID can be found in your  downloaded acknowledgement slip.

How to Add Your Bank Details on NDE Program Portal 

The NDE second phase of RHEI beneficiaries can easily add their bank details on the program as directed the National Directorate of Employment. Beneficieties who refuse to add their bank details as instructed will not benefit from the program. Beneficieties should that, adding bank details is an essential for you before benefits from the program.

Beneficieties to add their bank details should the procedures outlined below:

1. Visit the Official NDE Portal:  Beneficiaries should go to the same NDE registration portal where you applied for the programme.

2. Login in to your  Account: Beneficieties should click on Log in using your registered email and phone number. If you have forgotten your login details, click on the forgot password and follows the instructions promptly to reset your password.

3. Dashboard: After successfully logged in to your dashboard, beneficieties should click on the tap button option at the hand corner. 

4. My Bank Details: Beneficiaries should click on “My Bank Details” to add your Bank details.

5. Tap Button Option: Click on the tap button with blue color at right hand corner and the page with required details will automatically displaying.

6. Add Bank Details: Beneficiaries should fill the required fields carefully. The required fields to add your bank details are listed below:

  • Application ID 
  • Full Name
  • Account Name 
  • Bank Name 
  • Account Number 
  • Account Type
  • Phone Number linked to your BVN.

7. Add to Submit Details: Click on Add with blue color to submit your Bank details.

How to Resolve Issue of Application ID Invalid 

Beneficieties with issue of application ID is invalid can resolve the issue follows the steps below:

1. Go to the NDE program official portal.

2. Log in to your account using registered email and password.

3. Click on NDE Projects and scroll down.

4. Copy or download your acknowledgement slip.

How to Download New Acknowledgement Slip 

Application ID was changed for some beneficiaries. Beneficieties should the instructions below to download their new acknowledgement slip:

  • Go to the NDE program official portal.
  • Log in to your account by using registered email address and password.
  • Click on NDE Projects and scroll down.
  • Click on Download Acknowledgement Slip. This acknowledgement slip is contain your newly application ID.

Application ID was changed for some beneficiaries. Beneficiaries who experienced issue of Application ID invalid should go to the ND program official portal and download your new acknowledgement slip. This acknowledgement slip is contain your newly application ID which you can use to add your bank details.
