Good sir,
I am NWACHUKWU JENNIFER CHINANU with Exam No: AB – 2025 – 214 who took her exam on the 17th of November, 2025 by 11am to 12pm.
I hereby notify the board that I experienced the following technical issues on my exam day:
* That I took time for me to log into the examination portal.
* That I used my phone to write the exam because the laptop I intended using for the exam failed to connect to the internet; hence using my phone was the best option I had at that time.
* That I only saw 21 questions out of the 40 questions I was suppose to answer.
* That failure to get all 40 questions proved abortive, hence I submitted only the 21 questions.
* That it was not an intentional act to answer only the said number of questions.
* That I took this long time to write to the board because I didn’t know the right place to channel my complaints because I just saw this email address in one of your publications.
* That I would so appreciate it if I am given another chance to complete my remaining 19 questions if it will in any way affect my chance of being shortlisted.
Attached is my online CBT examination slip.
I hope my humble request is granted.
Yours faithfully
Nwachukwu Jennifer Chinanu
